We went to Cactus club cafe to celebrate our daughter’s 9 th birthday and we were so amazed with the ambience, food and service that we will surely visit again . They even surprised our daughter with complimentary Birthday Cheesecake .
Food was ok , but our server Tasha , she ia amazing. She was very attentive and super friendly. 5 stars go to her .
Very underrated cactus club. There are so many why this one's special? Because this is a hidden gem. It's not in a prime downtown city location. If you are in the area shopping or if this is a drive through between cities, stop by for lunch. I have been there for dinner mostly as I love the ambience and vibe. Very pretty, sociable and fantastic attitude from the waitresses. Food as always is great at cactus club. An unsung hero would be the Szechuan tofu lettuce wraps. Must try for starters.
Always a great time at any Cactus location great food and great service forgot servers name but she was lovely. Only thing is the men’s bathroom although it does look very clean and tidy there is a very strong urine smell. Otherwise it’s a great experience and I’ll come back again
I've visited this Cactus location multiple times and have tried almost every item on their menu. While Cactus may not be exceptionally extraordinary restaurant, it earns a solid 5-star rating from me due to its remarkable consistency. The food and drinks always meet a reliably high standard, and the service is consistently pleasant. If more restaurants maintained this level of quality, dining out would always be a great experience. The atmosphere is inviting, and the food quality is consistently good. The staff, including waitresses and hostesses, are always kind and patient. Moreover, the ambiance is good for various occasions—whether you're inviting someone on a date, enjoying a dinner with family, or just watching sports and having a few drinks and appetizers with friends.
Well, I went back to the cactus club with some friends today and had a completely different experience than the last one. For some reason I can't review this location more than once except for erasing the old one. Today we had a very attentive server, he kept our water filled and met all of our needs when requested! Jay, our amazing waiter took a picture for us as we were celebrating a friend's birthday. I very quietly gestured that it was my friend's birthday and a few minutes later out comes a piece of cheesecake. My friend was delighted! I had ordered an appetizer from the happy hour menu before my friends actually arrived. I shared it with them. However, I was the one that ordered it. Our server asked me if it should be split between all four of us. I said no. I purchased it and I would pay for it I said no. I purchased it and I would pay for it. Commented on how diligent he was about making sure things were straight. The food was amazing and looked equally appetizing. I have an issue with the tipping expectation especially when people don't do anything extra. I had no trouble tipping Jay as he went above and beyond!
We had a birthday dinner for my hubby, we ordered a spicy calamari, medium rare chargrilled steak for myself and a medium steak frites for hubby, the calamari was amazing! The steaks were cooked correctly, my dish of chargrilled steak only had some asparagus and mashed potatoes on the dish, it wasn’t decorated nicely, but tasted really good. The steak frites was also amazing, full of salad, fries and I really enjoyed the horse radish cream sauce, it goes so well with the steak. My husband also got his complimentary birthday cheesecake which was delicious! The server was friendly and the whole experience was top notch for the price we paid, will definitely bring friends over again!
Can't count the times I have dined in this location. It's very spacious, lots of options where to be seated (depending on your mood). Music/ambiance is great. The staffs are amazing (special mention, Georgia, just, the best!!!). Last but definitely not the least, the food! They cook the best steak! I always..and when I say always..it's really like everytime I dine there, it would be the Millionaire's Cut, fillet! The best! They know their craft...just..amazing overall. My favorite location to dine!
